i was in a conversation with a friend about a party he attended where they had to select the hottest dress from the crowd. there were disputes here and there, but really, how can you pick ONE dress as being the absolute HOTTEST cos i think a lot of things apply. hottest or sexiest dress doesn't mean hottest/sexiest WOMAN, it's the dress they're concerned about. any ideas?? how can you pick out the HOTTEST dress in a party? any criteria??

Look around for the one smoking HOT and on fire when next you go to a party.  Or you could load up (High) on weed and all the dresses will be on fayaaaaa.   

hahahahahahaha yea rite. no but seriously, how can you pick ONE? cos there cold be up to 6 really hot outfits. and it's not like there's a checklist of how hot a dress can be sha, or is there?? (i think someone should make a checklist like that )

Pick the Hottest and latest fashion trend and if you have 6 choices among them choose 1 which likes by other people.

Quality comes to mind, but not every one has ''an eye'' for good quality, hmmm
most times it also depends on who is wearing it! and how its worn, carriage.
Some have it in them, some simply dont.
