Anyone can pay for you but can you trust 'a friend' with such amount of money? I paid my tuition deposit with Wema bank and I didn't have an account with them prior to the time. I went to a branch and opened an account. I waited a bit and the account was ready in like 1 hour or so (told the lady I needed to fund the account with #2m immediately. She worked on it sharp sharp). When the account was ready, I transfered funds to it and filled form A.

I think that's better than transferring such amount of money to someone. Except you trust this friend so much or the friend pays with his/her funds then you reimburse him/her.

Bad.. if you don't include the kids now, it'll be hard for them to apply as your dependants later when you're ready

I printed the statement of account he used for cas on the 9th of November and he will be going for his visa biometric on the 11th of December. Mine was in a week. Rate was #502/1£. That was when rate wasn't so high now. How fast depends on when they have pounds available. If they have it available, you can run everything in 2 days.

Bank statements carry your address.
But as we have said, this is irrelevant to the visa process.

A 3 year old is capable of being taken care of by another person unlike the case of a nursing baby. You'd need to have a reason that makes separating the child from you impossible.
In the absence of that, your son can travel to join you in the UK with his father.

I have a situation at hand. My husband can't come with me to the uk ,he is in the military and he cant leave his job just for this reason. I have been the one taking care of our kids, 3 years old and 6 months old. Is it advisable I apply for the 2 of them as my dependent and make child care arrangements ? I was having the same issues, I printed my SOA on the 18th of November for CAS issuance. So my agent told me to reprint again for Visa Application because they want to see a recent SOA.
So I think you should reprint, it’s a good idea.

Calculate the total amount needed (tuition and maintenance) and then transfer the money to your wife account .... this amount needs to be there at least 28 days and more

I’m assuming the SLT graduate is registered with MLSCN. If so, let them register with HCPC via the international route.

And yes, they can also seek evaluation from IBMS and follow the steps mentioned earlier

1. Send ur degree to IBMS for assessment. They charge about £250 for it, they will tell you the number of modules u need to do to complete the degree.

2. Approach ACCREDITED UK universities with the IBMS assessment certificate, some can offer you to do year 3 only while some will select only the modules u need for u.

3. Do the additional 5 weeks practical training

4. Apply for work directly

Please note: U can decide to go for MSc first but there’s a high possibly that after MSc u will have to go back to start from step 1. However, u will have less modules to complete as most of them would have been covered during the MSc programme

Jobs for those courses aren't available. You're better off with a Masters in an IT course.

If you like you can - it makes no difference either way as securing advance accommodation is not a requirement for a Tier 4 visa.

This wait is frustrating. Paid 3weeks ago, but I’ve been waiting for Kaplan to issue me my cas. I thought it was uwe but apparently it’s Kaplan as I will be doing a per masters. Is it meant to take this long?!

Your university address should always be your default address in situations where you are uncertain about the status of your accommodation.
Like someone mentioned earlier, a confirmed accommodation is not a requirement for a student visa.
If your ECO requires more information about your accommodation, you'd be asked during a phone interview and you can explain your booking.com reservation.
However, at the border entry, you MUST be ready to provide a proof of accommodation if asked.
