What u just showed is saying that FG is ready to do anything to fight COVID-19 even if it requires going to Madagascar for a cure.
Now have you seen anyone telling you that the FG has bought anything from Madagascar?
Even a vaccine for COVID-19 is still under trial n so many pharmaceutical companies are pushing for human trials but not yet approved. Only few have had that approval so far.
