Exactly, now every death is mysterious and connected to Coronavirus. Its a known fact that during Ramadan, the aged who refuse to relax due to age and other sicknesses often die much this period. Find out from hospitals and undertakers in the north. We should do everything to curtail the virus but no state government should use it as an avenue to extort the centre. Lets ask ourselves why there are no mysterious deaths down south where there is zero social distancing and sone people (very many of them) believe the virus is an hoax. For a virus health experts say cannot survive above 27°C Celsius. The average temperature in most northern states is beyond 38°C so let the authorities do a holistic investigation

I am beginning to doubt the veracity of this mysterious deaths. You sure the state governments are not using this to garner attention and money from the FG? Even the one for Kano, I am not believing. The best way to verify an increase in deaths is to compare the number of people the morgues have vs how many they had last year around this same period. Ask the morgue attendant if there have ever been the same amount of bodies in the same amount of time over the past 3 to 5 years. Look for funeral announcements and see if there is an unusual increase. Test or no test, Covid19 or no Covid19, you won't be able to deny the number of bodies piling up.

Our media should stop all these kind of reportage. We have a pandemic ravaging the whole world and you are calling deaths in a place as being mysterious. Please do due diligence to unravel and put our govt to task. I am really feeling sorry for the north. Our govt should wake up, the rate of deaths is alarming in the northern part of Nigeria
