Imagine some of the tenants in this building just paid rent for some years and haven't used up 5 percent of the allocated time of the rent. l wonder what will be going on in their minds when they come across this news. Nothing stops the agency from doing the proper thing by demolishing the unsafe building, but alternative/compensations must be provided for the landlord and affected tenants. 4 Likes 1 Share |
