Lynda Chuba Ikpeazu has commenced the second phase of her Palliatives to cushion the negative effects of coronavirus in her constituency. We should recall that, Hon. Ikpeazu has been giving out financial palliatives to small business owners in her constituency in other to resuscitate their dying businesses.
