The most effective one is water therapy, that one is a medicine on its own.


As for me, I drink 10-12 sachets of water everyday. I don't know if i am a fish with the way I drink water

Wrong advice. Please consult your physician if you have high blood pressure.

One of the drugs used in high BP treatment is hydrochlorothiazide.

Hydrochlorothiazide is in a class of medications called diuretics ('water pills'). It works by causing the kidneys to get rid of unneeded water and salt from the body into the urine.

Very good writing, drinking water is very important and useful to the body, that's why I drink water a lot, I notice whenever I don't drink much I don't urinate much that's true, drinking much water will help the body metabolism to work well
