Have we not been there since 2015 recession?
We are not far from Venezuela situation. Just that no Western embargo and we can still borrow money internationally.

The only thing worse is if the country was carved out among 100 warlords like Shekau in a total civil war or insurgency.
Something we might just be sleepwalking into.
hmmm...its a sad situation.

Dont be silly, patient Jonathan's money came from gifts as first Lady. How much gifts are give to your pastors or imams wife in church? She wants to travel competition amongst members on tickets and usd and whoes house she will stay abroad. Child is getting married, car gifts etc. That is just church. Now you are talking of a whole presidents wife. Pls don't be a hipocrete. We're you sleeping when bubus wife has issues with her aid over money? Ie 2billion?
So you think it is easy to hide money in this present day and time? Jonathan has said you should produce any account in the world you find his money.
His wife has been procecuted and no where has it been found that she did any contract or stole any money. (If not show where you read it). All her monies where gifts.

No, no, no, no. A person in power or in a position of influence should not be accepting gifts from the public under any guise. You simply cannot avoid influece peddling.

In times like this, we really miss the expertise of Dr Ngozi Iweala, best Nigerian finance minister ever.
Re: Zainab Ahmed: Nigeria Is Heading Towards Recession by wink2015(m): 7:45am On May 22, 2020
THIS NORTHERN WOMAN MINISTER by name ZAINAB AHMED is not intellectual capable and exposed as Mrs Adeosun former finance minister or Dr. Okonjo Iweala.

She lack the skills to manage the financial challenges that Nigeria is gappling with.

BUHARI IS KNOWN FOR KEEPING Square peg in a round hole No matter the criticism that he is faced with.

What about the donated monies from the UN/WHO/EU? What about Abacha's loot that was returned recently? These monies are more than the projected budget for 2021 from crude oil at 60 dollars a barrel. What have they done with the monies?

They have looted it all and ferried it into loot havens abroad. But they want to force austerity on the average man/woman while continuing to live their extravagant lifestyles? Demonic demons are ruling this country.

But Nigerians rewarded him by re-electing him in 2019 despite his failure in his first term. Continuity he said was the reason he deserved a second term. it's a continuity of failure!

"She added that the economic contraction will multiply the misery of the poor."

Why won't the contraction affect those in the corridors of power at both legislative and executive arms of government?
The poor masses who didn't follow them enjoy the boom must now bear the brunt of the doom - why?
And these people claim to worship God (Allah) one way or the other!

Yes, you are right, but unfortunately, accepting gifts is now seen as a clean way to enrichment.
Years ago I knew a CP of polices child. That lady despite been a student was already a millionaire. From free business class seats on virgin Atlantic to unlimited phone calls. The papa nko? Nigger had a warehouse for gifts. Alaba will bring weekly, agbero, meat association, computer village, chevron, mobile etc.
No you are talking of a president. Only a greedy president has to steal. The gifts alone will make him a billionaire!
Yes, it is wrong to accept.

Back to back recession under one particular Man, yet, over 200 million people still don’t know they are led by a dunce and dimwit. Recession in 1983, 2015, here again 2020. No part of the word is as useless as Nigeria and Nigerians. How can a country with educated folks allow a dimwit like this man to continue to stir the ship of this nations. Nigeria a lost cause. Spit. Shame on y’all.

Very incompetent woman elected by incompetent president from moon worshiping infidel Muslim tribe hausa fulani. It's time Nigeria break as a nation to spare us seeing all these gross despicable people in our midst who has brought nothing to Nigeria in terms of human, material, financial, educational, natural and social resources. It is from my opinion an harvest of bounty in negativity, backwardness, weakness, selfishness, corruption, nepotism, tribalism, lopsidedness, deliberate denigration of our common wealth and wanton wastage since independence to date. Shall I say I'm one of those pessimists that believe a one Nigeria is not only impossible but will never progress coopted with these animals from the north. It does not matter whose ox is gored what matters is the foolish northern futureless people have rub off on our people negatively and the love of money introduced by one of them ,babangida has not done anyone any good in this country, yet people kept towing this destructive path. Nigeria must end and a strict pro-rule of law new nation created for the omoluabis, in south west region comprising of kwara, part of kogi, Ekiti, edo, some part of delta, ondo, osun, oyo, ogun and lagos state.those who may wish to join this union from the south and middle belt only are free to apply with stringent conditions that must be met before admittance and the process essentially must be transparent for all to see. This nation must exclude and outlaw Visa to hausa fulani throughout its existence and any attack on this new nation must be met with ruthless annihilation of perpetrators. I leave the rest to the well knowledgeable and informed elders and youths of the new nation to decide.
