The Manchester City striker, 27, is spending the season at Spurs, who have a £14million option to buy in the summer.

City are currently paying half of Adebayor's reported £170,000-a-week wages, and the ex-Arsenal ace has hinted he would love a full-time return to London and will take a wage cut.

Juventus and Paris St Germain are also interested.

spurs are my 2nd team in the league and i like them for the fact that they fear no team. they always attack.
the 4-2-3-1 formation is paying dividends with van der vaart behind adebayor. i just hope the 2 of them can stay fit for long spells this season.

the interchange between lennon and bale is also commendable. they have been given a free licence to roam and with lennon's 2nd goal, it was him and bale doing the interchange of passes. reminds me of cristiano and giggs in the fall of 2006.
