Seriously, what were you expecting to get out of Britannia? Stoke is as difficult to beat at home as they come. One Totts player I am not a huge fan of is Assou Ekkoto. He plays with confidence but is easily turned over. Reminds me of Clichy |

manmustwac: no big team can beat stoke @ the britannia. the teams that have beaten them there this season are the teams stoke considered beatable so they abandoned their usual format. when they play like they did today with every set-piece converted into the attacking mide, stoke are a very difficult side to beat. they have also gotten into the head of the match officials that one must be physical to play @ britannia! loads of foul-plays get overlooked. the same kinda fouls would attract yellow cards in other football grounds in the country. so don't sulk at all, mr. manmustwac. i have to come expect such stuff @ stoke. i am cocksure stoke would beat barcelona @ the britannia if the match gets officiated by english referees. |

Spurs lose and this place is suddenly filled with haters! O ga o. Adebayor's disallowed goal was perfectly onside and about 2 stonewall penaltiers were denied us. But i'm not complaining. These things even themselves out over the season. Stoke had a perfectly good goal ruled out against us last season also. Arsenal fans moans about these things. Spurs fans move on. That's what class is all about. |
