Can anybody give us info on Institute of chatered Secretaries and Administraton, when exams will be written, fees, courses. If there is any exemption for a graduate of business administration.

The ICSAN’S Professional Examinations
ICSAN Examinations Has Two Stages, Which Are;

Professional Programme I Exam Fees
Nigerian Corporate Law N20,000
Strategic and Operations Management N20,000
Management Accounting N20,000
Financial Accounting N20,000

Professional Programme II
Corporate Financial Management N20,000
Corporate Secretaryship N20,000
Corporate Administration N20,000
Corporate Governance N20,000

The examinations are held in June and November of every year.

Entry Requirements for ICSAN Professional Examinations
Graduates with relevant degrees (B.Sc/HND Accounting, LL.B, ICSAN’S CPA and B.Sc/HND Finance) holders of professional qualifications (ACA, ACCA, CIMA and CIBN) are exempted from all subjects in Professional Programme Part 1, they only need to write and pass all the subjects in Professional Programme Part 2. Non-relevant degrees holders are to write and pass six subjects i.e. Corporate Law and Financial Accounting in Professional Programme Part1 and the subjects in Professional Programme Part 2.

Relevant Degrees N20,000
Non Relevant Degrees N14,000
