Just asking because 60mill house in Lagos island won't be same as 60mill in Abakaliki.

Price estimate of land will make a difference in order to assess how much the real carcass should be.

Over 1000sqm

Working on the formwork

We actually finished the Raft formwork & casted

After casting, we started backfilling

Due to some constraint on the availability of materials coupled with us wanting to use sharp sand as against sharp filling, we are having a little delay buh good things come @ a price & we are willing to wait no matter what to achieve the best

We filled the foundation pocket despite the challenges we had getting materials to site

Then we rammed with a high kg ramming machine after which we started laying the waterproof membrane

Despite the incessant rain, we filled through the unfavorable weather even thou it helped us with wetting
