A.A and Daughters another example of business names Without LTD or plc A holding or group company cannot fall under business name. A subsidiary cannot fall under business name. It falls under part A of CAMA. Part C of CAMA also known as Incorporated Trustees. Examples of IT are churches, NGO, associations such as Estate Association, Village associations or school associations, mosques, clubs like book clubs and not night clubs and societies or initiatives. The corporate affairs commission does not register cooperative Societies. It is your local government where the cooperative society is going to be located, that deals with that or you can contact an agent to guide you. |
