Money is not everything. Ingenuity, Branding, Attitude, Culture and Tolerance matter for people to come in and trade freely. Little money from Cocoa farmers did more to alleviate poverty in the West than the big Foriegn Income from oil did for Nigeria. Difference is People's Culture. A progressive culture spread wealth as Commonwealth to all people in terms of Education, Industrial Estates, Housing Estates and Health care. Conservative Culture care more about individuals that the masses. |
