The NASS (Senate & House of Rep) are legislative arm of government. They are not involved in the implementation of the budget but only play an over sight function.

The Executive arm is responsible to raise revenue as well as spend same. The Executive even pays the same legislature. How then do the NASS loot if not the "paltry" handed it by the Executive?

No matter what you are made to believe, it is the executive that cause the problem. It pays the NASS to give them lee way to loot.

There was about 40% reduction of the Health Sector budget, over 50% reduction for UBE budget & just 10% was reduced for NASS budget.
