what i did was send them a mail that my version 3.2 was not working and was promptly replied with a download link in my mail . your IWP number asked to update is your serial number, the number you see when you press the about radio button of your version 3.2

get the new version 3.2.1 at www.webrevelution.heliohost.org once u get there look at the top left hand side, to download the new version.
