First, think about the fact that everyone's got a different clock in life. Your discouragement stems from thinking you've failed cos you think you're behind schedule in life.
Listen you've not failed and there's a whole lot ahead for you if you can get over your depression. What you need is to realize your success doesn't come from your environment and the system but from inside you and if you let the system bury what's in you, then and only then will you fail. To start with what are your interests, deep down ambitions in life?
As for the sexing part. Sex addiction works with our male physiology and if you don't understand it, you'll always be a victim and go down the rabbit hole. You don't have to. You can learn how to bridle it.

I just gave you a good example, employees with 4 years experience in International oil firms earn that & I know some of them, so it's not false figures & they are my age mates.

Some of his doctors earned a salary of over 1.5m if u add benefits.you can now imagine how many millions this owner makes monthly. So those your friends should know that their salary is a needle in a haystack compared to what they make for the companies they work for so at the end of the day, its about where you see things from. The companies that pay in millions were once start ups, they were nurtured and groomed to where they are today.

I respect your private life, but I would advice that you stop visiting brothels.I know you have needs, but what should be topmost in your life agenda now is how to be financially independent.
The monies you are spending in paying those prostitutes can be used in buying data to surf the internet to get good information that will help you up skill.
Have you thought of working remotely? Lots of remote works are online.
Check out Freelancer.com ,Upwork ,etc.
You can even sign up for volunteering opportunities just to keep yourself busy physically and mentally.
If you can't do online work, why not stoop low to learn a handiwork that will propel you into financial independence later.

What ever perspective or angle you are trying to paint already didn't take account of the hard work out into building your own hospital, earning customers trust, dealing with bad doctors, wicked nurses. Medical equipments, laboratories, test kits. Did those equipments buy themselves?

Entrepreneurship is hard, super hard. If you start any business, it takes on the average 3 - 5 years before you start making profit, not revenue oh. Profit!

The role your family played

Get a girl friend who will accept your condition and make yourself happy having someone to chat with, it's not necessarily for sex but for companionship

If you can pay a prostitute, you can also spend it on your girlfriend

But the most important thing for you now is to get something doing
