. When Buhari approved the dubious Stamp Duty Act 2019 his foolish followers hailed him. We cautioned that the entire Finance Bill was dubious and would impoverish Nigerians but they called us wailers. Now, the banks are deducting the said Stamps Duties for Buhari but in their usual foolishness, they blame Access Bank. Why are Zombies blaming Access Bank ? They collect stamp duty for any transaction, still collect sms charges for same transaction then they want to collect stamp duty again for whatsapp confirmation of that same bloody transaction.
