Stress can not be avoided in our environment but we can do much to take excess stress out of our bodies.

Stress is normal within your body's tolerance level, but the excess is ABNORMAL

Stress is a deadly silent killer that creeps into your life without you knowing.


Many do not know how to identify their body's warning signals of excess stress.

they ignore the warning, become so familiar with it until it takes a heavy toll on their health and end up in hospital.

stress is the direct major cause of high BP and it has a proven triangular relationship with diabetes and hypertension.

To avoid sudden death, you must know your body's stress tolerance levels and what to do to take the excess out.

There's a lot to know about stress.

You must know the 'maths of your life' which are the various health numbers which determine whether you are truly in good health or will kick the bucket in the next hour!. No doctor in Nigeria will reveal all these numbers because if they foolishly do so, you wont have a need to visit their hospital again.That means loss of future revenue to them.

To be ignorant of these numbers in the stressed environment is to risk sudden death!. Ignoring the numbers is grave risk!

Exercise  prevent you from diseases, help in  weight loss and weight managment  and better sleep.
Exercise make you happier and more relaxed than you were before you worked out. Regular physical activity
can even help prevent depression and high blood pressure. Exercise help in  burn calories. The more intense the workout,  the more calories you burn, and make easier to keep your weight under control.
