The Acting Managing Director of the Niger Delta Development Commission, NDDC, Prof. Kemebradikumo Pondei, has momentarily slumped during presentation before the committee set up to investigate the alleged misappropriating of funds in the commission. As seen in a video, efforts were being made to revive him. The NDDC authorities have been accused of massive corruption.
