The House of Representatives, on Tuesday, took a motion to investigate allegations that over N613.5 billion appropriated to cater to correctional centres and inmates across the country. A motion to probe the alleged pilfering of the funds, by prison officials, was brought on the floor, by Minority Leader, Rep. Ndudi Godwin Elumelu (PDP-Delta).

Nothing emanates from Nigeria that surprises me anymore when it comes to funds embezzlement.

I always expect new drama everyday I'm able to wake up. We have a very longer way to go and we never even start the trekking

Stop your lies , where does prison fund gets N613b from? Even NDDC with one of the highest budget allocations does not have N613b to loot
