Please what on take on this, to support 600mm cantilever wall to roof with concrete facial, 2bar 16 mm bottom and 4 bar 16mm top and extra 16mm for starter bar

In some cases, the reason is to prevent upward movement of dampness/moisture

Not necessary, but for 20-30k, I feel it removes a whole class of problems from the building in the future, and we're seeing best practices being used in all oga's constructions.

The point of the DPC (or DPM) is to keep moisture from the ground entering the bricks/walls. The nylon has to be in place before any walls are set...
