Good service, but here's what I think:

Our Broker Fee:
We charge 5% of the cost of the car for delivery within Lagos and 7.5% for delivery outside Lagos.

I am sure that your client has to pay you even when he didn't finally purchase the vehicle.

In that case, you should have options:

1. A higher percentage should be paid if the prospective buyer finally purchased the vehicle

2. A lower percentage should be paid if the buyer didn't purchase the vehicle.

Again, 5% on car delivery within Lagos is too much. For instance, I want to buy a nigeria-used car of #1.5m. Well, I don't think I have to pay a mechanic up to 30k to help me check it out and drive it down to my house in Lagos.

In constrast, you guys are charging #75k for just a little more difference in services. I think you have to review the percentage.
