On this day we reached back to an unforgettable / unprecedented event in human history, today makes it exactly 75 years when an atomic bomb was dropped in Hiroshima by the US, on the 6th of August 1945 during the last days of the second world war.

Before the bombing of Hiroshima, US Generals warned that to avoid fierce and bitter resistance from the Japanese and suffer heavy casualties, the best option is to shock the Japanese and the world beyond imagination.

When the bomb was dropped, people on the ground reported a brilliant flash of light—followed by a don loud booming sound. Some 70,000–80,000 people, around 30 percent of the population of Hiroshima at the time, were killed by the blast and resultant firestorm, with this Hiroshima was almost obliterated by a single bomb.

The effects of the bombing which has left a dark scar in the hearts of the Japanese people is still being felt till this day, and would be remembered in the lips of endless generations.

if weapons made in in 1945 could cause unforgettable disaster in Hiroshima, just imagine what the weapon made in 2019 is capable of........

Such a disaster should never be allowed to happen again.

The US ought to throw all her nuclear weapons straight into the deepest ravines of the Pacific, just like they expect other countries to do.

It's better no country has them at all, than for some to believe they alone have the right to it.
