I have been working at a real estate firm for two weeks now and i'm yet to sign a contract. The job posting was for an ICT/Digital marketer, during the interview i was told there's no fixed salary as payment will be based on commissions. These past two weeks i have done four graphic designs, a brochure, produced three videos and also manage social media for the firm.

I feel the workload is much and payment cannot be based on commissions alone because the graphic designs and videos i've done are things that the firm would have paid for if they outsourced it. I feel a base salary should be provided and then commision on sales should be added to it, so no matter what I'm sure of something at the end of the month.

Am I being unrealistic?

just watch their reaction after one month...
how can someone with your kinda skills be doing that kinda work for free.
some cafe pay their graphic designer with o level certificate 30k.
just exercise patience anyway.
