That's the funny thing. We advocate for due process when it favours and go for sharp process when due process doesn't favour us. It doesn't work that way in civilised society, it's either operation-anything-goes or due process even when it seems to be wasting our time.

The appellate court are part of our national problem..the inec had her own laydown rules and process to continue as political part..the court is telling she,(inec) doesn't follow her process to delist non performance part..Oya Court and judge should tell us how to do it..

Good judgement are delivered by on laid down laws and not based on how the judge feels

If it’s true that due process was not followed, then it’s a serious indictment on the Legal department of INEC. One of their KPIs should be to ensure that all pronouncements and actions of INEC are consistent with the law and relevant regulations.
