With the demise of the late senator from ogun east senatorial district Sen Buruji Kashamu who was also a factional leader of pdp in Ogun state, we the true followers of the party are using this medium to ask all former leaders and current leaders to unite and use this tragedy as an olive branch to sheath their swords. Nobody knows tomorrow, but as long as we have today then all is still not lost. All the factions should come together to unite so that we can give Gov Dapo Abiodun's lack luster government a run for its money and keep them on their toes. They say if two elephants fight then it is the ground that suffers, but when many elephants are fighting at the same time then how can the ground even cope. The pdp members need unity now, let us learn from our mistakes, leaders should be selfless and move the party forward. Mr Ladi Adebutu's faction should not see themselves as winners take all but should be ready to do what is necessary to bring pdp back to its glory days in Ogun state. As it stands we ask all beneficiaries who were privilege to represent this great party on many platforms to retrace their steps and come back home. We ask the first pdp member to be president of the Federal Republic of Nigeria Rtd Gen. Olusegun Obasanjo, We ask the first 2 time governor of Ogun state Ex Gov Gbenga Daniel, We ask the former speaker Rt Hon. Dimeji Bankole and other former political office holders to come back and rejig the party. United we stand, and the stage is set for a come back as long as the leaders put the people first.
