The 2010/2011 season has not been concluded. If they win the UEFA Champs league, then they can be classified as the world's best team. In the same vein, Chelsea are the champs of the EPL, not Man United cos the are the current title holders (like Inter Milan).
Arsenal can match Barca in every department, you'll see that in a few hours. Last year, we fielded a depleted squad (no thanks to injury) but this year, we are almost complete (Vermalen, Fabianski etc still out). Injury is not an excuse but its worth mentioning.
