Ingredients
Carrots
Courgette/ Zucchini
Flour. 1 cup
1 egg
Scotch bonnet
Black pepper
Salt
Onion

Preparation

Grate all ingredients, add in pepper, salt, egg and flour and mix together.

Heat a pan of oil and spoon the mixture in turning over to brown both sides.

Drain on kitchen tissues . This can bee served hot or cold with salad.
