PRESIDENT BUHARI APPOINTS COL. DIKIO (RTD) INTERIM AMNESTY PROGRAMME ADMINISTRATOR, DISENGAGES PROF. DOKUBO AS COORDINATOR President Muhammadu Buhari has approved the appointment of Col. Milland Dixion Dikio (rtd) as Interim Administrator (Amnesty Programme) with effect from August 21, 2020. This followed the President’s approval of the disengagement of Prof. Charles Quarker Dokubo from Office as the Coordinator, Amnesty Programme with immediate effect. Prof. Dokubo has been directed to hand over all official matters to the most senior officer of the Programme. President Buhari appreciated the services of Prof. Dokubo to the Federal Republic of Nigeria and wished him the best in his future endeavours. Dokuboh is someone that made me realise that all these TV analyst are just thieves waiting or their turn ..I remember when this dude used to be on Channels everyday with dead clothes giving advise on how to improve the Niger Delta and immediately he was given that seat he became super corrupt , even worse than the previous people ... Whoever comes in either enriches himself by following the established order and letting others benefit or the system revolts and throws the person out.
