EY is one of the third largest accounting company on earth with revenue of almost 40 billion dollars. They are reputable and ethical. I have full confidence that they will do 100% the right thing.

N2.5billion to audit only NDDC while the total budget for the Office of the Auditor Genrral for the Federation to audit over 600 MDAs is not up to N5billion. Such a shame!

Shame is halfway to corruption in meaning?

Assa community is one of the major oil and gas bearing communities in Ohaji-Egbema LGA, Imo State, but in this community you can find abandoned projects by NDDC, from Electrification to Town Hall all abandoned.

Nigerian Senate and House of Representative committee on Niger Delta Affairs can tour Ohaji communities to see things for themselves, right from Obitti, Awarra, Assa to Obile communities there's no presence of governance, no basic amenities.

These communities have not seen the presence of Electricity since the creation of Earth and they are bearing communities that made Imo State to be Oil bearing state. This is injustice and it's unfair the way my people are being treated.

bros cool down most of these internal auditors have always been implicated in the collapse of big companies. The same EY was implicated in the collapse of German Multi national Wirecard they audited their books and said the companies books were okay even when another audit firm that was called at the request of one of the directors discovered evidence of money laundering by the MD/CEO. EY even didn't disclose that billions of euros that was declared as part of the profits of their Asia operations was in fact non existents. One thing you need to understand is that these guys too are here to make money so most times they are political with their reports so they don't lose business. i would not be surprised that nothing will come out of this report.
