Also, I realize my life is worse than it could have been - because I did not work enough and I am to be blamed for my addictions. I should have worked a lot more. I have some remorse because of this.

Among other addictions, the one linked with media is watching Discovery in the morning. It's like a ritual - Discovery and a cup of coffee. Recently they blocked my subscription and my morning routine was disturbed. I tried to contact a discovery channel phone number I found at https://discovery-channel.pissedconsumer.com/customer-service.html website, but it took three days to fix the problem. I was so angry, so I think that it's a real addiction, yes.
