The writer of the article should declare his stand. We know he is a PDP member and has sympathy for Obaseki. Tony Iredia didn't say anything about thuggery, intimidation of APC members when Philip and his boys were on rampage.

Rigging is part of our election process. Both parties rig elections. Obaseki benefited from it to become governor.

I will continually saying this "election is best rigged at the polling units". This is not done by just one party but all parties especially APC & PDP. The best and smartest rigger(ensuring the presiding officer signs) takes d order of the day. Smart politicians have camped hundreds and thousands of PVC which would be used after d visible voters had voted hence makes naija politics to be " let d smartest rigger wins".

The rigging will be done in the field, forget INEC, this is how it was done 4 years ago in Benin... thumb print your ballot, show an agent of the party, cast it and collect your 5k.
When PDP was giving 2k APC increased to 5k and when PDP increased it to 5k APC increased it to 10k.
