Danwakae: Does it look like CBN's vault? This is business recycling of rotten monies from top bankers with the exchange peddlers.. Haven't you see people buying N500 rotten notes for N300 and N1000 for N500 each? They sell it to bankers adding extra N50 or N100 on each for gains, while the bankers receive and deposit the monies as cash deposit into their selling partners' personal accounts because they take advantage of a loophole in the new CBN policy stating that all rotten monies should be collected by the banks and let out the new ones for circulation.. The same rotten monies are cheaply re-sold to their buying patners physically, not electronically.. Its a recycling business going on for a long time, more like a top up or local money round tripping.. We should wonder why rotten monies keeps recycling round the country without bank's magnetisation and seizure of them.. 2 Likes 1 Share |
