The only type of murderer who can be motivated to stage a scene is a spouse or family member..and it would be in the house to throw off suspicion.

The scene has not been tampered with based on the polythene bags and his sandals that are still there. If there was a stool with which he had hoisted himself to reach the noose, do you think they would have removed it from there? I think we are looking at the scene as is. No removal.
