Atiku Returns To Nigeria From Dubai After Nine-Month Holiday by Nemere2020: 11:33am On Sep 28, 2020
Former Vice President Atiku Abubakar has returned back to the country from Dubai been on a nine-month stay outside the country.

POLITICS NIGERIA reports that Atiku arrived in Nigeria on Saturday night through the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport.

The presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party during the 2019 general elections, who has been away from the country since February this year, received upon his return by close aides.

Atiku’s return is not unconnected to the upcoming wedding of his son, Aliyu Abubakar, who holds the title of Turaki Adamawa.

It was also gathered that Atiku was expected to pay condolence to Zazzau Emirate over the demise of Alhaji Shehu Idris, Emir of Zazzau.

He will also visit the Lamido Adamawa, Dr. Barkindo Mustapha, over the death of late Khadija Mustapha, a stepmother to the Emir and mother to Atiku’s wife, Hajia Rukaiyya Atiku.

But more importantly, the Wazirin Adamawa may have been back into the country to reassert his politically stature waning as a result of his long stay overseas.

So no convenient place to holiday in Nigeria?

Their sole aim of traveling is just you enjoy themselves, they don't learn anything positive and replicate in our country.

Why can't we transform Nigeria to Dubai?

Nigeria can be like Dubai with the right leaders... Everything in Dubai can be in Nigeria... We don't have to be traveling there to waste our scarce resources at the expense of our dear country.

Welcome sir, but PDP is doing very well even in your absence especially with the victory in Edo State and the upcoming election in Ondo. You can do well to support the younger politicians like Wike, Tambuwal, Obi, Umanyi, Obaseki while planning to retire quietly from politics. I strongly feel that your time have passed and the country should be allowed to move forward... That is life sir.
