These decentralized developing areas cannot be found in other states that come here to use their state capital in making comparison! Abraka, Ughelli and Sapele that full of Yahoo Boys The only they have more than Ogun and Ebonyi state is Hotel and Bars for yahoo boys to spend their money. Oghara is the only place with meaningful investment, because of the tank farms
