APC has been failing and they will fail again. The more they try the more they fail. You don't fight who God has blessed. |

The game of power is dirty and it is a matter of how skillful and technical you are...Obas can't go to sleep yet ,so many options opened to Ize Iyamu to contend the matter in court ...only fools give up on his right so easily without fighting..those who conspire to abort his dream will gather to salute him if he wins. Politics indeed is a dirty game. Am sure Obas too is battle ready for them. We shall see how it goes in the law court. Even lawyers will beg Iyamu to let them finish the case before he pays them of they see any lupehole ..trust the learned men ,it is a season of feasting . |

Bihari had no papers and during the judgment at the court, the Supreme court said she does not decide who is qualified or not, that INEC is responsible for that. And since INEC allowed him to run go presidency then he is qualified. If Obaseki has double nomination, the case should have been filled earlier to disqualify him not after the election because if INEC does not disqualify him then he was not having double nomination. The election tribunal responsibility is to focus on events that happened during election. The Court's responsibility to to complement or clarify the verdict of the tribunal. So I don't see Obaseki leaving except he didn't win well on election day |
