Maybe the less populated SE states are around 5 million. Anambra is closer to 9 to 10 million. Factor this in and give us feedback.

I am from Isuofia and our population is around 70 million in Ozalla my village alone.
The total population of Isuofia when you include Ozalla, Umueze, Isiaku, Akulu, Ezioka, and Okpoko should be around 210 million people.
