Miracles are not staged, Pastor Chris does not call people up on stage to heal them, it is only those that are healed and have being confirmed healed by the medical team that are allowed to go on the stage to testify
Now, during the prayers for the sick by Pastor Chris, he says ' do what you couldn't do before'. When people come to give their testimonies, the medics does a check on them and tells them to show them what they couldn't do before there healings.

Perhaps the soldiers wanted to keep his clothes as souvenirs of the cruxifiction of what they could all see was an innocent and powerful man. They probably thought they could sell it to his devotees later on as he was so famous in the land.
