The website of the Nigerian Presidency has been pulled down online by Anonymous hackers.

The cyber attackers took down the portal Saturday evening. When TODAY POLITICS visited the medium, it went offline and yet to come back online as at press time.

The attack is that which the Anonymous cyber squad promised when it 72-hour ultimatum to the Nigerian government elapsed.

They had advised the President Muhammadu Buhari administration to hearken to the demands of Nigerians calling for the reforms of the Nigeria Police Force (NPF).

The attackers have claimed responsibility for knocking down websites of government agencies, including that of First Bank of Nigeria.

I cannot detect any hack on the presidential website; the website is opening fine.
Even yesterday when it was alleged that the CBN website was hacked, I still found it working, and even the internal links were working.

I am beginning to see that this "anonymous" protege is lying. I have not seen any substantial "website hack" by them.
