The way the Police Institution is set up, their internal policies and processes, rules of engagement etc, everything is fundamentally flawed. The only sectors or institutions in Nigeria more corrupt than the police are the execuThief arm of govt, customs and the oil and gas industry.

We can now see where it's coming from, deeply rooted, those at the top must be accountable. I have always known that SARS was not powerful without the backing of some people above. The end is near.
