Lost my phone 2years ago and was able to get it back. There is a unit in Nigerian Police that helps trace stolen phone. I reported the incident to the unit, weeks later my phone was retrieved. I parted with some money but surprisingly was returned later.

Which city did this happen, please?

When my phone a Huawei y9s was stolen, i took the pack to the police station and paid 10k. Within one week the got the number using the phone and five other numbers that regularly communicate with the number. The phone was recovered somehow.

Just give it sometime I am 100percent sure you will get your phone and get your tracking money bag ,it just ta takes time,lost a phone worth around 200k some days ago too

Nope.i wasn't allowed to enter the police station due to endsars palava so i had to forget about it and move on.

moo.. I was even scammed while trying to trace it... A Nairalander scammed me the total sum of #48000.. I will create a tread for that

It's good to do it via a referrer with a solid link.. Sorry about that and I don't advice tracking iPhone because most times icloud will render it useless, so they will disassemble it and use it for parts

I can see a lot of ignorant people shouting "you can't track a phone in Nigeria" or "it's not worth it (expensive)"
Here in kwara state... it's just 10k and the culprit will refund ur money after being caught, all u need to do is to make a report in the police station and pay but u must provide the phone's IMEI number
max of 2 weeks, you'll get ur phone back
Do this and thank me later
Note; I've tracked two phones before... using this method
