“Of how much worse punishment, do you suppose, will he be thought worthy who has trampled the Son of God underfoot, counted the blood of the covenant by which he was sanctified a common thing, and insulted the Spirit of grace?” (Hebrews 10:29). Both of you are right, this verse still talks of unbelief... Here's another, “Therefore I say to you, every sin and blasphemy will be forgiven men, but the blasphemy against the Spirit will not be forgiven men. Anyone who speaks a word against the Son of Man, it will be forgiven him; but whoever speaks against the Holy Spirit, it will not be forgiven him, either in this age or in the age to come” (Matthew 12:31–32).

Author's explanation: "This is the most serious offense against the Holy Spirit, for there is no forgiveness for the person who commits it. The work of the Spirit is to convict us of sin and bring us to Jesus Christ. To blaspheme Him is similar to insulting, in that we resist His work altogether. This should not be the concern of any Christian, for this is not a sin he can or will commit..." More here: https://harvest.org/know-god-article/sins-against-the-holy-spirit/

Indeed unbelief is the very sin against the Holy Spirit.
It is not overstatement to say that people go to hell simply because they didn't believe in the gospel of the water and the Spirit while they are still alive. Fellow Christians, God send humans to hell for failing to believe in His Son's work of salvation. God Himself knew our human weakness because He remembered that we are dust "For He knows our frame; He remembers that we are dust."(Psalm 103:14) This verse is telling us that God knew our insufficiencies so He sent His Son Jesus Christ, had Him be baptized by John the Baptist transferring all the sin of the world from Adam's sin to the sin of the last person to born on earth to the head of Jesus during His baptism. Jesus carried the sins to the cross nailing them on cross by shedding His own blood and suffering vicariously on our behalf. He rose again the third having obtained eternal redemption for those who believe in this. (Hebrews 9:12)

"He who believes in Him is not condemned; but he who does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God."(John 3:18)
It is written here the he who does not believe in Jesus is already condemned not because he has committed murder, not because he has committed adultery, just because he doesn't believe in the only begotten Son of God. Put differently the sins of those who believe in the gospel of the water and the Spirit are not accounted for them. In Romans 4:6-8 it is written

"just as David also describes the blessedness of the man to whom God imputes righteousness apart from works: “Blessed are those whose lawless deeds are forgiven, And whose sins are covered; Blessed is the man to whom the LORD shall not impute sin.” (Paul quoted from Psalm 32:1, 2). It written here "Blessed is the man to whom the LORD shall not impute sin." In order words, anyone who doesn't believe in the gospel of the water and the Spirit which Jesus brought to us, his sins will be laid on his head, they will die for their sins because the wages of sin is death.

Again it is written in John

"And when He(the Holy Spirit) has come, He will convict the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment: of sin, because they do not believe in Me; of righteousness, because I go to My Father and you see Me no more; of judgment, because the ruler of this world is judged."(John 16:8-11)
Why will the Holy Spirit convict the world of sin? It is written here "of sin, because they do not believe in Me"
In the time frame of God all human sins have been forgiven. God has told us to believe what He has accomplished through Jesus. Failing to believe this is the very sin against the Holy Spirit, the unforgivable sin. Those who refused to believe in Bronze Serpent which Moses lifted up in the wilderness all died of snake bites. But those who believed by raising up the heads and looking at the Bronze Serpent were all healed without fail. Didn't they all commit the same sins? Yes they did. But those that believed in the witness of Moses were saved, but the unbelievers all perished in the wilderness.
What more can I say? The unforgivable sin is the sin of unbelief.

For us to avoid committing the unforgivable sin we must believe in the gospel of the water and the Spirit as given to us by Jesus (John 3:5)

We must not commit the sin of disregarding the Word of God. It is a sin that leads to death.
There are sins and there is a sin that leads to death, 1 John 5:16
"If anyone sees his brother sinning a sin which does not lead to death, he will ask, and He will give him life for those who commit sin not leading to death. There is sin leading to death. I do not say that he should pray about that."
This is the unforgivable sin, the sin of disregarding the Word of God that says Jesus saved us through both His baptism and His blood. (1 John 5:6)

1 John 5:17-18 "All unrighteousness is sin, and there is sin not leading to death. We know that whoever is born of God does not sin; but he who has been born of God keeps himself, and the wicked one does not touch him."

It is said here that whoever is born of God does not sin. What does it mean? Is there any righteous man that does not commit a single sin in his life? This a question I'm asking all religious people here, who then can explain the meaning of this Bible portion. What does it mean that whoever that is born of God does not sin? Answer it and don't twist the Word of God.

If after we have heard and known about the gospel of Jesus baptism and blood, we refused to believe in it, that is the very sin of blaspheming against the Holy Spirit. Those who rejected this gospel must turn around and believe that Jesus received His baptism from John in other to fulfill all righteousness. That is He washed away all the sin of the world by allowing John to transfer the sin to His body during baptism before He paid the price for the sins at the cross. This what we must believe and preach. Did Jesus come to save us with only His blood of the cross? No, He came to save with both His blood and baptism. 1 John 5:6 "This is He who came by water and blood—Jesus Christ; not only by water, but by water and blood. And it is the Spirit who bears witness, because the Spirit is truth."

Half-baked knowledge is poisonous, we must have a complete knowledge of Jesus to be saved.

In the Old Testament, a day’s sin was passed on to a sin offering by the laying on of hands. The offering would then bleed and be judged instead of the sinner. And the accumulated sins of the whole year were also be passed on to a sin offering by the laying on of hands, so that all people could be forgiven for the year’s sin. In the New Testament, in exactly the same way, Jesus Christ came and was baptized at the Jordan to take away all the sins of the world. Thus the word of God prophesied in the Old Testament was fulfilled.
John the Baptist, who baptized Jesus, was a servant of God who was sent 6 months prior to Jesus. He testified that Jesus took away all the sins of the world, saying in John 1:29. “Behold! The Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world!” All the sins of the world were passed on to Jesus. The disciples of Jesus said in Acts 3:19, “Repent therefore and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, so that times of refreshing may come from the presence of the Lord.” They were urging us to understand why John the Baptist baptized Jesus, why he told people to follow Him. He said, “Repent and be converted. Believe in the redemption of the baptism of Jesus. Be washed of your sins.” So, God had John born in the house of the high priest 6 months prior to the birth of Jesus. John the Baptist prepared the way for Jesus by crying out in the wilderness, “Repent, you brood of vipers! Repent and be converted. The Messiah will come. Be converted to Him, or He will cut you down and throw you into the fire. Believe in His baptism and His blood on the Cross. Repent and be baptized, then you will be redeemed."
Because John passed the sins of the world on to Jesus, all the sins of mankind were blotted out at one time. Because John the Baptist testified that Jesus took away all our sins, we know we can be saved by believing in the gospel of redemption, the gospel of the water and the blood.

Though everyday they ceaselessly try to wash away their sins, their sins are not washed, for the sins that they try to wash by giving prayers of repentance are not such light sins. Every sin is followed by God’s fearful judgment.

As such, those who try to wash away their sins with their own prayers of repentance, instead of washing them by believing in the gospel of the water and the Spirit, will experience and realize that not even a penny’s worth of their sins is washed away. Could we wash away our sins by giving such prayers of repentance everyday? Even if we ourselves believe that we have washed away our sins with our prayers of repentance, these sins actually still remain in their entirety.

Only those who have bathed their whole bodies by believing in the gospel of the water and the Spirit are qualified to wash their feet as they live their lives, and only they are also clothed in the grace that enables them to wash away their sins with faith everyday and thereby keep their cleanness forever.

By being baptized, Jesus took upon all our actual sins once for all. We therefore believe that with His baptism, Jesus also took upon all the sins that we commit from our insufficiencies as we live our lives, and that He bore all their condemnation as well. Jesus told us, in other words, that there must be no such a thing as stumbling or dying from falling into our own weaknesses.

The prescription jesus gave for sin was not by washing with water and spirit. What Jesus said was that If you forgive others their sins against you, God would also forgive you your sins.
Also the first message after the resurrection ( in Acts 3) was that you repent and then be baptized. Baptism is just a sign of repentance, dying and rising, but God requires that if you want to be forgiven, just forgive others.
