It is not about the kind of prayer you should pray or Bible verse to read. Scripture says walk in the Spirit and you will not gratify the desires of the flesh. Walking in the Spirit does not mean floating in the air. It means be spirit guided.

When the Holy Spirit guides you he helps you. Realising there can't be vacuum, He helps you to by renewing your mind by the word. Read the word. It is alive, it delivers, it saves. From pornography, unforgiveness, drunkenness, malice and other unrighteous.

Also, you consciously have to stay away from anything that has any form or porn or sex in it. Videos, suggestive songs, photos etc. You can't want deliverance and be around any of those.

And listen, you can't have girl friend. I don't mean female friends. I mean anyone in particular that you call "my girl friend". Abstain from all appearance of evil. Don't tempt yourself.

Now, all I have told you may not happen in a day, but as you yield to the Lord your deliverance will be evident daily. Keep confessing your liberty through Christ's death for you. And stand on the truth that you have been been delivered by his blood.

NB. All these can only work if you have given your life to Christ. Liberty is only guaranteed for those in Christ not someone strolling by. Only as many as believe in him, (saved) are those given the power to be children of God. They are the only free people.
