boss, unfortunately no prayers or singing can help u here.the solution is to never be idle. What I mean is evry hour has to be u doing something..also build urself up spiritually by attending nathaniel bassey midnight praise and prayer sessions,reading books, listening to tapes. .. You need discipline and principle to tackle this, not prayers.. Even some pastors watch porn and also practice it secretly.. Some nonbelievers don't watch it. So it has to do with discipline, not prayers.
