Anyone can be a suspect.

There are juvenile crimes including arson and assault, and there are juvenile correctional facilities known as Remand Home.

If there is evidence he was involved in any crime, he will be duly prosecuted and the courts will determine guilt.

By law it is wrong to parade a kid less than 18. Whether he committed the crime or not
