Ozo wants the Govt to fund and start up football academies in all States so young talents can be sampled and picked by international scouts who may nuture and harness their full potential... Just like how Messi was discovered at a young age in a local village in Argentina.


He wants it to be in form of a school, where they can be even lectured and graduate with degrees.

On a long run it will boost employment and Nigeria economy, but I have already lost hope because such thing won't work here in Nigeria. They govt can't invest in you if you don't have the potential to help them snatch ballot box.
