Girl after ny own heart The following give me great comfort in times of stress, sadness and panic  A big tub of Ben and jerry's cookies and cream, after a long week of dieting family pack walkers crisps, for a long night of crying Bowl of profiteroles, moderate panic situation glazed donuts, after a hard long session with my clients omg! it looks so bad , but hey! sugar is a good and instant fix, release those happy chemicals swimming around the brain |

for comfort, like when I'm really low, the only kind of food that'll pick me up is:SPAGHETTI. That's real comfort food, especially when u can throw anything into the pot and the spag will still taste good. Works every time.  |
