I can tell you upfront and without charge that under the laws of this country, no bank has a right to freeze an account without a court order to that effect. If anyone is in trouble it is the bank. I cant wait for that guy to get judgment against the bank. Certainly the matter will go all the way to the Supreme Court. Thereafter he should come back and levy execution against the bank. I love the new Nigeria unfolding.
